Vysokiy Bereg wines are made from well-known European grape varieties and are distinguished by their high gastronomic quality, pure aromas and tastes. Sparkling wines of the series are produced using the technology of secondary fermentation in a tank with aging on yeast lees for at least 6 months after the end of fermentation. 

Sparkling wine with PGI "Kuban" aged extra brut white "Vysokiy Bereg" is a combination of grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot White, Aligote, Riesling Rhine. In the glass, the color is light straw with a greenish tint. The aroma is a harmonious combination of white fruits, floral shades and fresh minerality. The taste will please with its lightness, freshness and long mineral aftertaste. Wine is recommended as an aperitif. Pairs with light white meat and fish dishes, salads, fruits.
