Vysokiy Bereg wines are made from well-known European grape varieties and are distinguished by their high gastronomic quality, pure aromas and tastes. Sparkling wines of the series are produced using the technology of secondary fermentation in a tank with aging on yeast lees for at least 6 months after the end of fermentation.

Sparkling wine from PGI "Kuban" aged extra brut pink "Vysokiy Bereg" is made from five grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot White, Aligote, Riesling Rhine and Saperavi. The color in the glass is pale pink, with a pearl tint. The aroma harmoniously combines white fruits and berries, floral notes and fresh minerality. The taste is fresh, light, with a long developing aftertaste. Wine is an excellent aperitif. Opens up paired with red caviar, seafood and salmon dishes, light salads.
