"Vysokiy Bereg" presents a collection of aged wines, the guarantee of which was the successful experiments of winemakers with aging in a barrel, blends and assemblages. In 2019, we opened the collection with two exceptional wines, one of which is Riesling, which appeared thanks to the concept of using European varieties and the use of new technologies.
The wine vividly demonstrates the experiments of winemakers with aging. Riesling is aged for at least 12 months in an Italian acacia barrel. Ideal for family or business dinners, receptions. The aroma is fruity with a mineral shade, harmoniously combined with the spicy notes of acacia. The taste is unique, fresh, in harmony with the bouquet. Perfectly accentuates the taste of seafood dishes, sea and river fish in spicy herbs, moderately aged cheeses. "Riesling. High Coast "is a delightful accompaniment to your plans for this evening.
