Limited edition wine "Platovsky" from "Vysoky Bereg", created in collaboration with the "Delfa" project and TS "Perekrestok", is dedicated to the dolphins of the Black and Azov Seas, whose life here and now depends on each of us.
The local autochthonous variety Platovsky tells a story in which the pure taste of the south meets a good deed. By scanning the QR code on the label, everyone has the opportunity to make a donation to support the rehabilitation project and help return these amazing creatures to their native element. A small step - a big meaning.
Russian dry white wine "Vysoky Bereg. Platovsky" with ZGU "Kuban. Taman Peninsula" is made from the grape variety of the same name, harvested in 2024. When creating it, we were guided by our philosophical approach to wine: to convey the features of the terroir, the power of the unity of nature and the influence of the environment on people through its organoleptic properties. The color of the wine in the glass shimmers with straw shades with greenish sparkles, reminiscent of sun glare on the sea surface. The aroma is fresh, herbaceous and floral, with notes of white fruits, like a southern breeze that swept over the vineyards and the sea and filled the glass with its breath. The taste is fresh, light and clean. The fruity aftertaste leaves a feeling of natural harmony. The recommended serving temperature for the wine is 5-7 °C.
