The wines of the collection are made from well-known European grape varieties and are distinguished by high gastronomy, pure aromas and tastes. The goal was to create a "graceful classic" that emphasizes the harmonious combination of exquisite grape varieties, winemaking traditions and the status of the company. The use of unique production technologies (fermentation in oak of white wines, the use of short-term aging in oak of red wines and the production of rosé wine from a red variety according to the original technology) makes the Vysokiy Bereg line of interest for experts and consumers.

The wine is made from Gruner Tamansky grapes, harvested in the own vineyards of the Yuzhnaya agricultural company. This is a high-yielding variety and therefore requires limited yield, in such conditions it allows you to create high quality wines. Wine from this grape variety has a light fresh taste. The color of the wine is from light straw with a greenish tint to straw, the aroma is mineral-fruity, with light spicy notes. The best gastronomic combination with Vysoky Bereg wine. Gruner Veltliner "will be seafood, poultry dishes, salmon in caviar sauce, lasagna with mushrooms and cheese.
