Merlot

The wines of the collection are made from well-known European grape varieties and are distinguished by high gastronomy, pure aromas and tastes. The goal was to create a "graceful classic" that emphasizes the harmonious combination of exquisite grape varieties, winemaking traditions and the status of the company. The use of unique production technologies (fermentation in oak of white wines, the use of short-term aging in oak of red wines and the production of rosé wine from a red variety according to the original technology) makes the Vysokiy Bereg line of interest for experts and consumers.

"Высокий Берег. Merlot" is made of Merlot grape variety. The berry was harvested at the Yuzhnaya Agrofirm's own vineyards, located in the vicinity of Anapa. The unique terroir and short contact with oak give the wine its fullness and harmonious structure. The color of the wine is rich, from red-ruby to dark pomegranate. Shades of cherry, cherry and light woody notes can be felt in the flavour. It tastes full, fresh, harmonious. We recommend combining wine with white meat dishes, grilled vegetables and young cheeses.
