Wine from PGI "Kuban" dry red "Vysokiy Bereg. Syrah "is made from the Syrah Tamanskaya grape variety of the same name, whose vines are 19 years old. The unique terroir of the Anapa vineyard and short-term contact with oak give the wine fullness and harmonious structure. According to legend, the variety was bred in the ancient Iranian city of Shiraz and then sent to the Alps. It is now common in many wine-growing regions of the world. The wine is deeply colored, dark ruby ​​in color, with a pomegranate hue. The aroma is complex, tart, with notes of spices and tobacco. The taste is full, tannic, velvety. We recommend to combine with dishes of red meat, game, cheeses with a spicy taste.
