For production, an original technology of fermentation in a bottle is used with the use of encapsulated yeast and aging for at least 6 months. This unique production method allows you to get crystal clear, fresh and bright sparkling wines with a fine organoleptic profile, without the use of long aging, but with all the attributes of traditional bottle fermentation technology and with high quality of the final product.
Russian sparkling wine with ZGU "Kuban" aged extra brut white "Vysokiy Bereg. Graphite" is made from the classic grape varieties Müller-Thurgau and Pinot White, grown in the winery's own vineyards in the vicinity of Anapa. In the glass, the colour of the drink varies from pale straw to straw with an apple-greenish tint. The developed aromatic portrait consists of a mosaic of white fruits and light floral shades, favourably emphasized by mineral freshness. The taste is exquisite, fresh, velvety, with a long developing aftertaste. Aged extra brut white "High Coast. Graphite" will serve as a magnificent aperitif and will be a wonderful addition to light dishes of white meat and fish, as well as to salads, fresh fruits and biscuits. Serve pre-chilled to 6-8 ° C.
