Sparkling series “Vysoky Bereg. Graphite” are magnificent examples of world-class wines, a symbol of irresistible magnetism and temptation, the embodiment of a balanced taste with a silky texture and a bewitching aroma.

For production, an original bottle fermentation technology is used using encapsulated yeast and aging for at least 9 months. This unique production method allows us to obtain crystal clear, fresh and bright sparkling wine with a fine organoleptic profile, without the use of long aging, but with all the attributes of traditional bottle fermentation technology and with a high quality final product.

Russian sparkling wine with PGI "Kuban" aged extra brut rosé "Vysokiy Bereg. Graphite" is made from three grape varieties: Muller Thurgau, Pino White and Saperavi, grown in the winery’s own vineyards in the vicinity of Anapa. The color in the glass is pale pink with soft pearl shades. The refined, developed bouquet attracts with bright notes of gooseberries against a background of white fruits, and the fresh, mineral-fruity, long-lasting taste gives a feeling of real celebration. It is recommended to serve well chilled to 6-8 °C
