Wine from PGI "Kuban" dry red "Vysokiy Bereg. Cabernet Sauvignon "is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, whose vines are 23 years old. The unique terroir of the Anapa vineyard and short-term contact with oak give the wine richness and structure. The color of the wine is noble, from dark red with a ruby ​​tint to ruby ​​with a garnet tint. The aroma has black fruits, tones of nightshade and black currant, light tobacco notes and woody undertones. The taste is full, tart, with subtle woody notes. The wine will be an ideal pair for meat dishes, potatoes stuffed with sheep cheese and baked in mushroom sauce, as well as pasta with ham and spicy cheese.
