"Resto" - a new series of wines for HoReCa

Each wine in the collection is designed to reveal new facets of international grape varieties grown in the unique terroir of the Taman Peninsula.

The line is represented by the three most popular items on the wine lists of establishments - dry red, white and pink wine. Such versatility allows you to choose the right option for any dish and occasion.

Dry red "Vysokiy Bereg Resto. Syrah" is produced in contact with alternative oak. Aging in steel took place for at least 4 months with subsequent cold bottling. The wine has a rich ruby ​​color. The aroma is complex and deep, with tart notes of spices, tobacco and black pepper against the background of subtle woody shades. The taste is full-bodied, velvety, with a long aftertaste.

Dry pink "Vysokiy Bereg Resto. Syrah" is made using the classic technology with aging on fine sediment with batonnage. The wine has a delicate aroma of red fruits, berries and a fresh taste with a soft fruity aftertaste.

Dry white "Vysoky Bereg Resto. Gruner" is produced partially in contact with oak. After fermentation, the wine material is aged for at least 4 months on fine yeast sediment with regular batonnage. Bottling is done cold. The aroma of the wine reveals plant-mineral notes. The taste is fresh, balanced.

The design of the "Resto" series uses natural motifs (stone and vines breaking through it), which are designed to emphasize the environmental friendliness of the product and the concept of the "Vysoky Bereg" brand itself.

The new line is an excellent opportunity for HoReCa establishments to replenish the wine list with famous varieties in an original design with the most reasonable combination of price and quality inherent in "Kuban-Vino".
