Green series. Traminer

The “Green Series” from the “Vysoky Bereg” brand represents refreshing, aromatic wines made from white grape varieties with bright green skins, from which the line gets its name. The series presents the popular European varieties Riesling and Pink Traminer, cultivated in the Kuban and demonstrating unique organoleptic characteristics due to their ability to reflect the uniqueness of the soil, climate and geographical location of the vineyards. Representatives of the “Green Series” are created using various production technologies in order to demonstrate the versatility of varietal characteristics in unique incarnations.

The basis of dry white wine “Vysokiy Bereg Traminer. “Green Series” – grapes of the Traminer pink variety (vines are 15 years old) originally from the Alpine province of South Tyrol (Northern Italy) and grafted on the Kuban terroirs. As a rule, this variety has pronounced extractive substances and good stability, resulting in bright, aromatic, refreshing wines. To obtain a pronounced aroma that is repeated in taste, specially selected yeast is used in production.

The color of Traminera is light straw with shades ranging from golden to flesh-colored. The aroma expresses varietal shades of tea rose, meadow flowers in a citrus frame. The wine has a drinkable body, a refreshing taste and a juicy aftertaste. It is recommended to serve as an aperitif, with light vegetable salads, fish and seafood dishes, as well as cold appetizers.
