"Vysokiy Bereg Rose de Pino" is a refined pink brut, presented in a blend of specially selected varieties: Pinot Black, Bianca, Pervenets Magaracha and Pinot White. The vines are grown in the sunny vineyards of Kuban, located in the vicinity of Anapa.
Pink brut "Vysokiy Bereg Rose de Pino" acquires its sophistication and rich perlage thanks to secondary fermentation in sealed tanks at a temperature of up to 20 ° C for 20 days. After fermentation, the wine is cooled: first to 7-10 ° C to remove sediment, then to -4 ° C for stabilization. This process reveals its exquisite aroma, harmonious taste and elegant structure.
In a glass, the sparkling wine demonstrates a sparkling pink color. The aroma inspires with an excellent bouquet with a developed, subtle profile. The taste is full, balanced, has a refreshing mood with a soft aftertaste. "Vysokiy Bereg Rose de Pino" is suitable as an aperitif and will perfectly complement fresh green salads with soft cheeses, seafood, rabbit meat and delicate pates. It is recommended to serve pink brut chilled to a temperature of 6-8 °C.
