Russian wine from PGI “Kuban” dry rose “Vysokiy Bereg Rose. Graphite" is made in the light and romantic French style of Provence. The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were processed without rubbing the skins to achieve the most delicate color possible. The fermentation of the wort was carried out at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C, followed by aging on fine yeast lees with batonnage for 4-6 months.

“High Coast Rose. Graphite" was released in a circulation of 25,000 bottles. The wine has a soft pale pink color with a powdery tint. The bouquet intrigues with its fruit and berry aroma intertwined with sophisticated floral notes. The taste demonstrates the fullness of elegance, continuing with a light, pleasant aftertaste. Rose is perfectly refreshing and ideal as an aperitif, or makes an excellent gastronomic pairing with a variety of Mediterranean dishes. It is recommended to serve chilled to 7-9 °C.
