Riesling is the most amazing and versatile of the white grape varieties. Like litmus paper, it accurately absorbs and vividly reflects the features of the area where it was grown. But there is a feature that clearly distinguishes it from others - invigorating acidity, coupled with crisp minerality.
Riesling grown in the Anapa region gives the wine a beautiful straw color. Russian wine from PGI "Kuban" aged dry white "Vysokiy Bereg. Riesling 2019 in the glass reveals a fresh fruity aroma with mineral inclusions and floral tones of noble aging in acacia. The wine is in harmony with seafood, veal and game dishes. Its highlight is the balance between signature sourness and natural sweetness of taste.
